The mobile manure separator by Keydollar is shipped as a complete unit. The complete unit is made out of stainless steel and equipped with a control cabinet and a screw pump. The screw pump sucks the slurry from the manure storage which fills the storage cistern. By means of a closed circuit with overflow, the machine can operate constantly and without any risks. Once the solid and liquid parts are separated from each other, the liquid part can be temporarily stored in the storage reservoir. When this reservoir is full, the liquid part is pumped off by a submersible pump.

The mobile XL manure separator by Keydollar is the ideal manure separator for livestock farmers that wish to separate large amounts of manure at multiple locations. Because of the high capacity for separation, the mobile XL is also very interesting for contractors that wish to separate large amounts of slurry for livestock farmers.
When a livestock farmer has multiple separate puts, the mobile XL manure seperater offers the solution. The manure separator is built on a sturdy cradle under which a storage cistern can be attached. Hereby the liquid part can be stored. This cistern contains a submersible pump that can pump the liquid part for 200 meters. Attached to the unit is a horizontal screw pump that sucks the manure into the manure separator. A mobile version of this pump can also be constructed.

Adjustable height
