The Keydollar Agri-Xl is a manure separator which can produce a solid part product from slurry at a very high capacity. The manure separator is meant to be fed through a pump that fills the storage reservoir. By utilising a closed circuit with overflow the machine can be in operation constantly and risk free.
The newly devised screw is equipped with a very large inner diameter, making the paddle height fairly small. The former facilitates simple moisture reduction. Additionally, the screw is equipped with a bearing at the press side. Hereby the whole is very robust. The Agri-XL manure separator has an air driven head with 4 separate moving valves that provide a lot of counter pressure. Therefore the Agri-XL can separate even the thinnest manure without any risks.

DAIRY FARMERS

PIG FARMERS
The Agri-XL manure separator is a manure separator that can separate up to 10.000 cubic meters of pig manure annually. Because of the synthetic layer the thin pig manure can be separated effectively and makes it so that the 0,5 mm sieve is subject to less wear. The Agri-XL manure separator has an air driven head with 4 separate moving valves that provide a lot of counter pressure whereby even the thinnest manure can be separated without it leaking from the separator.
With our innovative Agri-XL manure separator, pig farmers can cost-effectively separate their manure. Because of the uncomplicated technique employed and the low costs it is possible to separate your manure for € 1,- to € 2,- per cubic meter. In addition, our machine attains very favourable rates with which you can save large amounts of money on disposal costs. The Agri-XL manure separator extracts from meat pig manure with 4 g/kg phosphate: 12 g/kg. From sow manure with 1 g/kg: 12 g/kg phosphate. The dry matter percentage is around 30 to 35%.

VEAL FARMERS
The Agri-XL is a very compact manure separator that can yearly separate up to 100.000 cubic meters calf manure. This separator has a screw with a synthetic layer. Because of the synthetic layer the thin calf manure can be separated effectively and makes it so that the 0,5 mm sieve is subject to less wear. The Agri-XL manure separator has an air driven head with 4 separate moving valves that provide a lot of counter pressure whereby even the thinnest manure (veal calf manure) can be separated without it leaking from the separator.
With our innovative Agri-XL manure separator, veal farmers can cost-effectively separate their manure. Because of the uncomplicated technique employed and the low costs it is possible to separate your manure for € 1,- to € 2,- per cubic meter. The Agri-XL manure separator is completely driven automatically through air pressure on 4 separately moving valves. At this time it is the only manure separator on the market that is driven in this fashion. The manure separator has an air driven head with 4 separate moving valves that provide a lot of counter pressure whereby a wide range of slurry can be effortlessly separated without loss of capacity. In addition, the counter pressure of the valves can be easily set.
Advantages:
- In the traditional manner the counter pressure can only be set to one setting. If you wish to change the counter pressure it had to be modified manually. The ‘Agri Xl air’ regulates this counter pressure automatically based on air pressure. The manure separator independently adjusts the counter pressure at the moment when the manure changes, for example when it becomes thicker.
- Because of the 4 different valves, the machine can belter cope with unmixed manure types, it corrects itself on every corner of the press head automatically.
- Adjustments for the purpose of counter pressure are no longer performed with wrenches and other tools but regulated from the control panel.
- Drainage of liquids takes place in the head to accommodate changes in manure even more effectively.

Made out of stainless steel
Because we build the separator completely out of stainless steel, our manure separators are unsusceptible to corrosion. This is important for the long term use of slurry.
Double bearings
The jack-screw in this manure separator has bearings on both sides. Because of this the jack-screw is always positioned in the centre of the machine. This prevents unnecessary wear.
Plastic coating
The jack-screw is outfitted with a very sturdy layer of plastic. This closes off the gap between the sieve and the jack-screw. This makes sure that capacity losses are minimised.
